In brief
I collect only what you choose to give me, I use it only for the purpose you gave it, and I never sell or share it.
Notes you send
When you write through the form on the appointments page, I receive your name, email address and message. They are used only to reply to you. You will receive an automatic acknowledgement so you know your note arrived.
Letters
If you subscribe to my letters, I keep your email address and the date you joined. You will first receive an email asking you to confirm your address; nothing is sent until you do. Every letter contains a link to unsubscribe in one click, after which no further letters are sent.
Visit statistics
To understand which writing is useful, this site counts visits privately: which pages are read, and which websites referred readers here. It uses no cookies, stores no IP addresses and builds no profile of you. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, your visit is not counted at all.
Where information is kept
Everything is stored on this website's own server and is accessible only to me. No advertising, tracking or data-broker services are used.
Your rights
In line with Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019, you may ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you. Write to hello@eutychuskamau.com and I will respond promptly.
Cookies
The public site sets no cookies. A single essential cookie is used only for the private editing area.
