Portrait of Eutychus Kamau Njuguna

Eutychus Kamau Njuguna

I build systems, strategies, brands, teams and trust that last — and I stay for them.

Architect, strategist and storyteller. For eight years I have walked beside institutions across Kenya — turning ambition into infrastructure, strategy into momentum, and brands into stories people believe.

01The Meaning

My name means fortunate. I've spent my life making it mean faithful.

Fortune is what you are handed. Faithfulness is what you do with it — the cable no one sees, the promise kept when it is inconvenient, the call returned on a Friday evening. That is the whole of my work, and most of my life.

02The Full Picture

One person.
Three rooms.

Most people meet me in one room. The truth is, I live in the hallway between all three — and that is exactly where the best ideas are waiting. See how I work →

I The Server Room

The Architect

I began inside the walls.

Pulling cable, terminating lines, configuring switches — I know what holds an organisation together because I have literally held it. Today I design the infrastructure, networks, cloud journeys and security postures institutions run on, and I stay to keep them running.

II The Boardroom

The Strategist

Numbers first. Technology second. People always.

ACCA taught me to read the balance sheet; JKUAT taught me to read the technology. Since 2019, through Yutie Consulting, I help leaders decide where technology should go — and, just as wisely, where it shouldn't.

III The Studio

The Storyteller

A system nobody understands is a system nobody trusts.

So I learned to tell stories — for brands, for products, for people. Today I lead digital marketing for Lavender Properties and Fushia Logistics: one brand about where people live, the other about how the world moves.

And beneath every room, a foundation

The Steward.

I love God, and I serve a King who asks for faithfulness long before He asks for brilliance. I don't wear it on my sleeve — I try to wear it in my work: in honest counsel, in quiet excellence, and in treating every person as someone worth my full attention.

“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart.”Colossians 3:23

03The Arc

From inside the walls
to the head of the table.

  1. 2008

    Highway Secondary School

Where the curiosity caught fire, and the habit of asking “but how does it actually work?” took root.

  2. 2012

    ACCA · Strathmore University

I learned the language of numbers first. It's why I still read the balance sheet before the spec sheet.

  3. 2015

    B.Sc. Business & IT · JKUAT

Business and technology, studied side by side. In my work, they have never been separated since.

  4. 2018

ICT Technician · Tech Source Point

Structured cabling, Cisco switches, IP telephony, CCTV. Humble, physical, foundational — the right place to begin.

  5. 2018

Head of IT · Willstone Homes

Technology and digital growth for a real-estate brand: a website reborn, search, paid media and the strategy beneath them.

  6. 2019

    Technology Consultant · Yutie Consulting

The work I'm known for — helping leaders optimise their technology, journey to the cloud, secure what matters and digitise how they serve.

  7. 2020

    Innovate Now Accelerator

Second runner-up. Proof that good ideas travel further when they are built with care and explained with clarity.

  8. 2022

Marketing Strategy · Com Twenty One

Campaigns, content, reputation and the web — guarding one brand's voice across every channel it touched.

  9. 2023

    Fortinet NSE 1 & 2

Network security, formalised. Protecting what people entrust to you isn't optional. It's the job.

  10. Today

    Lavender Properties & Fushia Logistics

Leading digital marketing for two growing brands, while still consulting at Yutie. Every room, still open.

04The Promise

What you can
count on.

Not a list of services. A list of habits — the things people tend to remember long after the project is done.

  1. 01I'll tell you the truth — kindly.Even when it costs me the deal. Especially then.
  2. 02I'll explain it until it makes sense. If your team can't explain it back, I haven't finished.
  3. 03I'll answer the message.Small courtesies are where trust is built — or quietly lost.
  4. 04I'll still be here after launch day.Applause fades. Systems still need someone who cares.
  5. 05I'll leave your people stronger. The best technology makes people more capable, not more dependent.

Years building things people depend on

Industries served — real estate, logistics, ICT & consulting

Disciplines, held together by one person

Promise kept above all: leave people better than I found them

05The Creed

Four things I
won't negotiate.

I

Solutions serve a person.

If the people using it can't explain it, it isn't ready. Technology exists to set people free — never to make them feel small.

II

Simplicity is a discipline.

The best systems are the ones a non-technical team can actually run. Anyone can add. It takes courage to take away.

III

Trust builds slower than software.

And it's worth more. I stay close enough, for long enough, to keep what we build running well.

IV

Faithful in the small things.

Big things are only small things, faithfully repeated. The cable no one sees matters as much as the keynote everyone does.

Eutychus at work with a team

Technology is only as good
as the people it sets free.

06The Journal

Notes from
the hallway.

Unhurried writing on systems, strategy, story, faith and the slow, beautiful work of building things that last. The ink is still drying.

On building things a non-technical team can actually run.

Why every system needs a storyteller.

Faithful before famous: notes on quiet excellence.

07The Table

Pull up
a chair.

Every good thing I've built began with a conversation. No pressure, no performance — just an honest hour between two people who want something good to exist. Let's have yours.

Hello from Nairobi — it's --:-- here.
I personally reply within one working day.

The fact that you're here means something is ready to grow.

Step 1 of 3

What's on your mind?

How shall we meet?

And who do I have the pleasure of meeting?

Optional — it stays on this page and simply personalises your invitation.
